After losing 165 lbs from Gastric Bypass, I had lots of extra skin and knew that the second half of my journey would include extensive plastic surgery. My arms were my biggest andmost immediate concern and I set about researching brachioplasty. Throughout my research,there was a common theme of "free consultation." Typically, a free consultation consists of 10-15 minutes of the surgeon s time and focused mainly on how much the procedure would cost and getting pushed to get it scheduled. Dr Kasden was different. Not only did he notrush me through a consultation and get straight to the money, but he went the extra mileand told me everything about how the procedure worked, down to the physiology of what happens under the extra flesh. Dr Kasden explained every possible complication that could be experienced, no matter how unlikely, and made sure I understood what could happen. We spent almost an hour together and price was never even mentioned until I asked the question. My brachioplasty was scheduled and I was given explicit instructions for the moments right up until the actual surgery took place. Not only was the surgery absolutely fantastic, but the aftercare was AMAZING. Dr. Kasden made sure to see me every week after surgery, always invited me to call with any questions whatsoever, and both he and his staff have made this one of the easiest medical procedures I ve ever experienced. Not to mention that he did phenomenal work and my arms look fantastic! Dr Kasden WILL be performing my outer thigh lift and tummy tuck next Spring. I would absolutely recommend him for ANY procedure!
